What is PIDS – Perimeter Intrusion Detection System?

1. Detect an intruder at early stage of intrusion

The perimeter is the first entry point to a site. By detecting intruders at perimeter, it is possible to respond early before the intruder reaches the building.

2. Improve the quality of security, with limited human error

Many sites have perimeter security with only security guards or security guards and surveillance cameras (CCTV). It is difficult for security guards, especially those in charge of large premises, to see everything without overlooking emergencies and always respond immediately to them.
